RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ben Robson Hull Photography. Small & Original editions can be returned within 7-days of receipt of goods if the customer pays for return shipping. Once received a full refund will be processed. Regretfully, Medium and Large editions can only be returned if defective since they are supplied by 3rd party print labs due to their size. The labs will only process defective returns and will not accept returns due to change of mind or any other reason. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement. Photographs will be required for insurance purposes.
